2. Noted we needed a replacement central air system would not be quick to schedule, so he worked out a replacement as a temporary fix in a hot summer
3. sourced a part for nearly 40-year-old system by going straight to the warehouse after being on hold for half an hour
4. Ensured he could fix the problem before starting and complete it in one afternoon
5. Fixed it and recommended filters to have on hand and prolong the life of this fix

I was able to make an appointment with Yost & Campbell for the next day through the phone on a Sunday night using a digital assistant. The service technician Mario Segura, was able to diagnose the problem within 5 minutes. He had the needed part in his vehicle and was able to give me a reasonable quote which I accepted. He was very quick but thorough in replacing the necessary part. Mario answered all my questions and was very patient with me as I did not know much about the system. He offered some tips on how to keep the system working well, was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable.
