Zen Air Heating and Cooling provides heating and cooling solutions. Dorsaf was excellent in explaining the product, very informative, and persuaded the customer to join Zen Air. Omar was knowledgeable, professional, and fair, walking through the issue and cost with no pressure or upselling, just honest, quality work, and highly recommended. Dorsaf was helpful, professional, and sweet, explaining everything in detail. Customers are happy with the great customer service and glad they got their cooling and heating system with Zen Air. Dorsaf was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and friendly, making it a pleasure having her in the home.
They were very organized and professional. I really appreciated how clean they were throughout the entire process, and I loved that they didn’t leave any mess behind after finishing the job. Everything was left neat and clean. Great experience overall!

Carlos Morales was and still is Excellent. He came to my house and explained everything about my split system. He explained how to get financing and a rebate so it would be little out of pocket expense .He is always helpful when I call him for anything after my installation. As far a the system , it is Great. You can cool or heat individual rooms . It is saving me alot on utility costs.The crew came when expected, which is not the way with many service companies. They performed the installation quickly and very neatly. They made great suggestions on my original set up plan and performed them flawlessly. I Highly recommend Carlos and Zen Air.
