Earlier this season, our downstairs A/C failed (again!), and after having had “repairs” by multiple other companies, it was Comfort Experts who not only came right away but also solved the issue that had only been band-aided by other companies. And they did so with class: friendly, cooperative, explaining everything is terms easy to understand, deft with responses to questions, and ALWAYS A HUMAN BEING PICKING UP THE PHONE! (No fake A.I. secretary—an ACTUAL PERSON!)
