Due to a poor distribution of heat affecting our main living areas, I called Homeserve this morning to see if they could dispatch someone on an emergency basis before the big storm this weekend. They were so helpful and got a technician in within 3 hours of my call! John was really thorough, kind, and did his best to address the issue. Turns out we have a major airflow problem, and there will be work needed in the future. He was able to quickly diagnose and rectify the problem for the time being. Thank you for coming to the rescue! “This past Sunday, during the coldest winter that we’ve had in years, our burner conked out. I have a premium service contract with Slomin’s and they came the next day. They sent a kid who wasn’t sure what the problem was and he said that I probably needed an inducer motor, which would cost me $575. I asked Slomin’s to send an experienced technician but they refused. My son in law, Trio Sheet Metal, recommended Ryan Anthony. A technician came today and found the problem immediately. There was a clog in the inducer. I didn’t need an inducer motor like Slomin’s said. I’m so thankful to Ryan Anthony, not only for their skilled service, but also for their honesty. Thank you.“
