I had an old HVAC system that finally gave out. I called several local companies but when I called Air Medic and met Jay and Doug I knew I discovered the ONE! They were very responsive, patient and explained the process thoroughly. Their estimate was very reasonable. The day of the installation, Jay, Doug and his crew came in and were consummate professionals. Jay even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was a pleasure to work with them. I recently had a problem with my A/C not cooling properly. I received several recommendations from friends who encouraged me to use Air Medic, Inc. I called them and spoke with the answering service and left a message. Within two minutes, I received a call from Jay, an owner. I explained the problem and he advised they would be at my home between 9:00am and 11:00am. At 9:45am, Jay and his partner, Doug, arrived. They diagnosed the problem and within an hour, it was repaired. The price was very reasonable. I have now found my go to HVAC company.
