Sustainable Heating & Cooling in Rye, NY provides air conditioning services including AC replacement, repair, maintenance, and ductless AC solutions. They also offer heating replacement, repair, maintenance, and service for heat pumps, gas furnaces, and boilers. Customers report being extremely satisfied with the service from the initial phone call to set up the appointment until the work was completed. Prices were very reasonable. One customer worked with Dillon to completely overhaul a century home's heating and cooling setup, and the team did a spectacular job, delivering the project on time and on cost. They did a great job with piping, hiding it and making it critter proof. Another customer had a major problem with an AC unit causing water to drip through kitchen lights. They called the service number at about 10pm and got a call within half an hour. The technician told them what to do to fix the problem temporarily and got someone out first thing in the morning. The technicians explained the problem and showed pictures so the customer would understand what caused it. Every single person from customer service, scheduling, and the technicians are amazing. Their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. The entire staff was extremely professional, responsive and transparent. They walked customers through the work in detail and communicated thoroughly throughout. Highly recommended.
I can't begin to say how happy I am that I chose Sustainable Heating & Cooling to install my new air conditioning system. After meeting with around eight different companies, this was the only one where the owner personally came out to meet with us. He even came back twice to answer all of our questions and address every concern we had, which gave us complete confidence in our decision. This is the 2nd time I've used Sustainable Heating & Air Conditioning. The first was to replace one of our air conditioning units. Of course it was one of the hottest days of the year & it died out. I called and Dillon showed up right away!! Him & his team walked us through everything he was going to do and was Amazing!! Super clean & works like a dream!! They are also pet friendly which is a plus!! Then the 2nd time our other unit. The heating units ignitor was very old and needed a replacement. Again Dillon showed up right away. Found the issue, ordered the part and came back the next day to fix it!! We are so greatful to have found this company. They are reliable, honest and efficient. I Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!
