“I made an appointment online and they were 45 minutes behind during my 1 hour lunch break. When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. “We arrived a full 45 minutes ahead of a scheduled 11:00am follow-up appointment with Dr. Ali. We asked if an opening occurred, we would happily take it. We were seated in a crowded waiting room no more than five minutes when our name was called. After a brief period in the inner waiting room, we were greeted by Dr. Ali , who examined Laura, advised her to use eye moisturizer daily and pronounced her well. We were back in the car and headed home by 11:00, the original time of the appointment“

Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.

Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son — sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep — she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay— well worth it!!!

“I could not wait to write this review. My experience with Carol is few and far between. She has a sunny disposition and genuinely cares about the patient and patient experience. I was not even a patient yet and she went above and beyond her call of duty to assist me with my eligibility, insofar as to work from home! Carol treated me like family, and I had not yet walked in their doors! Carol's zealousness is exceptional and truly appreciated. Dr. Derco himself is pleasant, friendly, and enjoys his work by going into detail as to the reasons for certain circumstances without hesitation; he listens very well. The best recommendation is a referral, and ill be doing just that!“

“I have been examined now by both Dr Getz and Dr Zachariah. Both times I have received great care and thorough exams. I never wore glasses and was nervous but they both have went above and beyond to put me at ease, get my vision to where it needs to be and find a great pair of glasses at a fair price. Front desk staff made sure insurance was painless as well. I recommended a few family members who now see them as well! You won't get better care anywhere else these days.“
