I recently had an eye exam at the New Hyde Park location. The team was pleasant and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The exam was quick and everything was explained to me in detail along the way. I purchased a new pair of glasses with the help of the team and I am so excited to pick them up!
We had been clients of Dr, Gaudio when he had his office in Maspeth. We lost touch. However, my daughter is a personal friend Dr Gaudio and his wife. They recently got in touch and we were thrilled to see him at his current place of business. He also gave impeccable exams. We never had any problems with his prescriptions. I can’t praise him enough for his ability to do exceptional work. The staff at the office was also welcoming and professional.
I made an appointment online and they were 45 minutes behind during my 1 hour lunch break. When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. Doctor took his time and I felt it was thorough!! The ladies helping me with picking the glasses were charming and sweet AND helped me make a good decision and out the door. I recommend and will even switch my teen daughter to this group!
