Staff was absolutely amazing. I don’t remember every name but everyone was great. Very friendly and warm. The actual procedure was just as great. Dr.Jackson informed me every step of the way what would be happening. Everyone says it doesn’t hurt which it doesn’t but it’s still nerve wrecking having anything so close to your eyes and Dr. Jackson along with the nurse eased that anxiety with being informative during the procedure. Like everyone says my only regret is I waited so long.

Great experience overall! Staff did an amazing job explaining the process and were patient and helpful every step of the way. Was apprehensive at first but the staff made me feel much more at ease.

Overall, a very good experience and 20/20 vision by post op day 5.To everyone who is shopping around, LVI, TLC, LasikPlus are sister companies so there is no need to compare services since they will be around the same. I looked at DelloRusso and Diamond Vision and ended up going with LVI because of location (someone has to pick u up) and price given was good.Signed up for a consultation, got approved for lasik, went in to see Dr. P for the eye exam, and talked with Irene about pricing and financing. Decided on a date for lasik and met up w/ Dr.Jackson on the day of the surgery.During surgery, I had no pain. All you have to do is stay still and follow simple instructions....read full review
