I love Bj's optical in Westbury. The staff (who convinced me last year to get my glasses there) are so friendly and helpful. They take time to help you pick out glasses that actually work on your face. They have so much insight to what really works. The DOCTOR! Dr. Nigam, OMG she is the best, takes so much time to figure out what is best for me work wise, tv, driving, she listens and then readjusts and makes you feel very important! Thank you!!!
The woman who helped me was extraordinary.
She listened to me about what I was looking for and believe me, I am indecisive when picking out glasses. She is knowledgeable and carefully measured where the progressive lens should sit on my nose, they are just right.
Besides all that, she helped with my husband with Alzheimer’s who was a bit all over the place at the time. I absolutely could not have done it without her.

Doctor Vaishali Nigam is very attentive, polite and listens to your thoughts and questions. Her office is quite spacious and all of the equipment and technology seems to be very up to date. I have used Dr. Nigam for many years and have no complaints.
