I’m very satisfied with my eye exam and eye glasses. The doctor paid attention to my needs and was careful and thorough. The optician was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me find the right frames for my face and prescription. I’m so happy with both my glasses - I got a reading pair and a progressive pair. Best experience ever!
I’ve been wearing glasses for the last 37 years, mostly progressives. I’ve been to a variety of places in my lifetime but none have been as professional as Village. Greg and crew are very adept and Dr. Krassnoff has the most modern equipment for eye examination. At my age of 70+ years, my most recent AI Varrilux glasses have my vision like when I was a teenager. They don’t upsell in my opinion, they do recommend that which improves vision. Many people I know tend to be frugal about what they spend on glasses but the “extras” are what really make your vision optimal. I appreciate Village Optical and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.
Dr. Krasnoff is amazing -- very patient, thorough, and incredibly detailed. He conducted a comprehensive eye exam and took the time to explain everything clearly. His knowledge and expertise truly stand out!
The staff is always lovely, welcoming, and professional. They also have a great selection of frames. Highly recommend!
