Living in a multifamily home, I find the boiler system to be complex, so I especially appreciated his keen attention to detail. He identified that my boiler for the second floor was incorrectly routed to the first-floor gas water heater, an issue I likely would not have discovered on my own. John Jr. took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain everything and ensuring I fully understood. He was able to successfully fixed the issue right away, including identifying a small gas leak. Additionally, he provided helpful recommendations for addressing my high-water bill, even though no active water leak was found.

“My experience with Harris Plumbing & Heating (184 Glenmore Ave) was phenomenal! I would give them an A++++++ for the exceptional service that they provided for my water heater install. Let's start with Murshell, at the front desk. The customer service that she provided was amazing! She was polite, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many times I called her. Then there was Chris, who came out to do inspection before the water heater was installed to make sure that he knew what was required and needed to complete the job. He then provided me with prompt, up front, estimates and proposals to ensure that I knew what the job would entail and cost before we even got started. Once, I accepted the proposal, the water heater was promptly ordered and the installation date was set up. Two technician, Audley and Anthony then performed the removal and cart away of the old water heater and the installation of the new AO Smith water heater. Both gentlemen did an excellent job and as the new heater was replacing a 20 year old water heater, the new install required new fittings and plumbing adjustments to align with the new heater. Audley expertly made those adjustments, installed the new heater and checked his work for leaks. It was only after he was fully satisfied with his work that he signed off on the job. My new water heater is installed and doing the job that it was meant to do. Thanks to everyone one involved in the process from start to finish! I would definitely hire them again and I definitely plan on referring them to family and friends!“

“I needed a stove installed in a co-op apartment and was required to have a licensed plumber do it. Paul called me back within a few minutes of my leaving a message and got the job done more quickly than I thought would have been possible, especially considering that we needed to get the NYC DOB involved. I guess it’s a relatively small job for a plumber and no other plumber even called me back on this When I was looking for estimates. Paul was communicative and professional; and got me all the paperwork the co-op required very quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!“

“We used A-All to put in brand a new hvac system. The owner Robert came promptly to give an estimate which we found to be fair and reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. The crew was prompt and clean. When an issue arose following installation, we had a prompt response to fix the issue. “Was very happy with the team that was sent to do my dryer. It was really hard to get access to my vent due to the way it was installed previously. But the team was super patient and really made sure to clean out all the built up dust. They even replaced the vent and now finally my dryer works even better! Would highly recommend them.“

“I had the pleasure of working with Chris x2 on a 5 split unit cleaning this fall/winter. We reached out as they were local and pricing looked very reasonable online. Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work.
