“I connected with Mike from MTB and he was fantastic to work with. Our office HVAC system hadn't been serviced in a few years and the office was pretty hot in the summer and didn't have the best air flow. MTB came in for an office tour and the week after scheduled a balancing and full service maintenance. The week after once we were back in the office the airflow throughout the office was significantly better. We had some hot spots in the office that were not much cooler. All in all, great service, answered all of my questions and were reasonably priced.

“I had the pleasure of working with Chris x2 on a 5 split unit cleaning this fall/winter. We reached out as they were local and pricing looked very reasonable online. Called them up and scheduled quick and easy. Once they arrived, they walked us through the process and got straight to it. Both Chris were extremely professional and kind. Took approximately 20 min per unit and 20-30 for the outdoor units. If you look during their process, they are very thorough and diligent with their work.
