We have dealt with a lot of plumbers and contractors while renovating a Queens row home and ATG has corrected a lot of their work. They are actually Navien experts. They have gone out of their way, during two plumbing emergencies, to be on site same day or next day to assess our problem and have been excellent at communicating and efficient to ensure our problem is actually resolved. You might find a cheaper quote but I have wasted a lot of money on people who actually don't know what they are doing. I am beyond pleased with the great work that Carmelo and Vasilis did to repair and elevate my bathroom. In less than 2 hours, they addressed 3 plumbing issues I was having: a toilet that wasn't working properly, a slow draining sink, and a shower with limited hot water. All of these problems are now fully fixed. Carmelo and Vasilis were also extremely professional. They were very courteous and considerate as I was working from home while they were completing the repairs. It was raining when they arrived, and they put a sheet over my apartment floor as to not tread dirt into the apartment. ATG did an excellent job fixing a heating issue with my Navien combi boiler. Andreas also diagnosed and resolved a high PSI problem in my water main that previous plumbers missed. The team was super responsive, even stopping by on the weekend when needed. Highly recommend ATG for any plumbing or heating needs!
