“I needed a new water heater. Tidal Plumbing sent a plumber and assistant. The process of disconnecting the old heater, removing it, installing and upgrading the pipes, and installing the new heater was seamless. They kept me advised throughout the whole process, during which they put down drop-cloths to protect the floor from dirt/damage. Very mindful of the property while they worked. Very thorough and efficient in their work, but friendly as well. Answered any questions I had and explained when they were going to do anything e.g. shutting off water, turning on faucets. “Finally a company that is respectable in this industry! After a major rain had a clog in my front drain flooded my entire basement. While it was raining I called up several companies who quoted me 300,400,500 plus or said they couldn't even do it. Discount Drain was sub $200!

Dont use Rooter Rooter! It's a scam, they say free estimate.. starting at $495, but they'll give u discounts to $395 and try to upcharge on things.

Discount drain wasn't my first choice with so low ratings, but happy to say if everyone they worked with rated them, I'm sure it would be much higher.

The tech who came out was knowledgeable, great to deal with, and after snaking even had to do a quick blow out.. no extra charge!

Oh and even gave me tips on how to stop it in the future!
