“I kept getting clogs in the main line, 718 Sewer and Drain Inc. came in and diagnosed the issue. My line was snaked and pressure cleaned then they brought in the camera and checked the line and provided me with the footage. Everything is fine now. They even provided me with tips on how to prevent build up in the main line. Prices are always an issue when it comes to plumbing, but I didn't feel ripped off at the end. “The workers were personable, and did their job well, with only one issue. The issue being, the toilet does not seem to be working after the apartment's water supply was restored. However, that may be an issue to discuss with the landlord, rather than the plumbing company, itself. I will edit this review accordingly, when I have the answer.“

“Before I left for vacation, I reached out to Optimus Plumbing because there was a problem with my boiler (it was leaking some water). Mr. Viorel came to check it out, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to resolve it. He wasn't there for more than an hour. He was truly professional!
