I had to wait past my appointment time (25-30 minutes) due to only 1-2 stylists working and answering phones (one left while I was there). My stylist was friendly, gave me a great haircut, and apologized for the wait. I would say they need more stylists to keep up with booking schedule, but solid haircut and really nice person!
