After having a horrible experience from another hair salon with bleach, I call Strands Salon right as they opened and they picked up immediately. I explained what happened to my hair from the previous salon and asked if they had any openings that day. The girl who picked up my phone was extremely kind and booked me an appointment that day with Tori. Tori was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, experienced, kind and gentle. She brought my hair back to a beautiful rich shade of brown to match my natural hair. She answered all my questions and made me feel safe while she worked on me hair. Tara always cuts my hair in the style that makes me not feel frumpy I’m 65 but I look like I’m still a fun person because of how much time she takes. Great atmosphere just I’m so happy to have found this hair salon having just moved here from Texas. Plus she understands that the higher, the hair the closer to God.

Torri at Strands in Fairport was so awesome!! I scheduled an appointment for a full head highlight and cut (definitely needed) and was also able to fit my moms cut and color in between my appointment. Told her what color I wanted and the cut and she definitely delivered beyond my expectation. Can’t wait to go back!!Services: Hairstyling
