Donna, the owner of the salon, is the only individual that understands the way my hair works. I have been going to barber shops for the past 20 years and just so happened to be referred to Donna at Strands while I was visiting New York and I couldn't be happier for going there. I explained what happened to my hair from the previous salon and asked if they had any openings that day.
