I make a living as a journalist, but I've always been at a loss for words when it comes to articulating how I want my hair styled. Fortunately, Ryan has a sixth sense for the heads he tends and somehow knows what works best for his clients. I always leave satisfied and smiling. The lively conversations between Ryan and Kevin and their clients are a bonus!
