This place was so cute and relaxing! I visited here and used the halo in the sauna! The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful as I had never been to a sauna before! They offer many services and i definitely will be coming back!

I came here as part of a Moms event and will definitely be coming back! The staff is amazing and so knowledgeable in all they have to offer. They have so many wellness offerings and each has their own benefits. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

I booked a 30 min sauna session with halo therapy and cold-plunge add-on today. The staff member working was kindly accommodating to a last minute change in my schedule as well as informative on the new to me halo therapy benefits. Sauna was clean and maintained the set temperature well. Robe was accessible and the perfect amount of clean and cozy towels were provided. I had reservations about the cold plunge being separate from the sauna room, but they’ve fine-tuned the process and have a well-designed layout. I made a quick transition into the cold-plunge room and then had ample time to plunge and get modest before I eventually ended my session today. I feel recharged....read full review
