Lovely experience at Recharge this afternoon. My son and I have been fighting off bronchitis and my sister recently recommended this place. We did the halo therapy which is essentially a salt block sprayed into the air in a small room. We then did the foot detox and that was interesting with the orange/brown water. If anything, my son and I enjoyed reading about the different colors the water could change to determine what might be being detoxed. Here's hoping our lingering colds are flurried away after our afternoon here. Service was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back if it was closer to where I live.

Our family had a great experience at Recharge. We were fighting off a bad cold that hit our whole household. The Halo-therapy was recommended from a friend. We even took our 5.5 month old into the room. We all went in stuffed up and left not. We never got stuffed up again after that. I believe it definitely helped. My husband and I did follow up with a 30 minute sauna which was nice and relaxing. They also give you a essential oil scented wash cloth to bring In with you if you want. Inside looks nice and cozy. Definitely a place to come and relax. We ended up buying a pack of sauna passes. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location...read full review
