“I visited Dr. Garman for a general wellness check and to discuss a few minor issues that I'd had pop up from time to time. They weren't a major deal - but they were recurring. As luck would have it, the day I had my appointment one of the issues popped up and my lower/mid back was a bit stiff.Dr. Garman was kind enough to spend the time with me to evaluate range of motion and then she asked me to hold my legs in a certain position and to resist her pushing, then with my arms in a certain position and to resist her pushing. I'm not a small guy and I consider myself to be in reasonable shape. I was shocked when I couldn't resist her pushing even a little bit!She then made several adjustments and massaged a few muscles - including a rather uncomfortable manipulation of my abs and several muscles in my legs and hips. Uncomfortable meaning they were a bit tender from the moment she started manipulating them - and I hadn't realized it until she started!Once she was done, she asked me to again hold my legs and resist her pushing - and suddenly I could resist her without even trying!I was in complete disbelief that just a quick manipulation of some muscles and several adjustments could have such a major and immediate improvement! I haven't been able to bend backwards in years - one of those things I just attributed to getting older. Suddenly, I have such incredible range of motion and ZERO pain, stiffness, or anything feeling uncomfortable!I'm a huge fan of Dr. Garman - I cannot recommend her highly enough - even if you've had chiropractic care in the past, I PROMISE you haven't had ANYTHING like the care that Dr. Garman offers!
