The communication was good. Was nice not to make a trip to an actual store to pick out the carpet. They came for initial consultation and carried lots of samples in the van. Walked them right into the house and I could see what carpet sample would look like right there in my room. The bound edges carpet piece for stairway looks real nice. Installer left the space cleaned up and was very nice. however the piece for upstairs landing and hallway had a wrinkle defect. So obviously this was the carpet manufacturers fault not installer or Floor Coverings International.
