I love using the spectrum 7 and the contrast therapy ( sauna than cold plunge). The contrast therapy always makes me feel so much better. The staff is always amazing and great to deal with!

Love Maximum Sun & Wellness Spa. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The conversation that can be had, they become “friends” They have multiple services. Some of my favs are the red light bed, sauna and tanning. The tanning beds is a little piece of heaven that lets me drift off to someplace warm. They also have a contrast room, so if you are brave enough to do a cold plunge, go for it. I can’t recommend them enough.
