“This was our first experience with my daughter having lice. Both technicians, at the White Plains site, Princess and Leonie educated and treated our daughter and both my wife and I.

They were very highly professional and gentle throughout the entire process. They provided us with instructions and long-term treatment plans.

We will definitely recommend this to anyone who even thinks that they were exposed to lice. If possible, when calling for scheduling, try to see if you could be assigned to either princess or Leonie.“

However, entry into the Mount Vernon office building was challenging- the building door was locked and the intercom for Passport Clinic was inoperable.
