“I have been going to a chiropractor for over 10 years to help with my scoliosis and with every pregnancy continued my care. I have never experienced what I have experienced with Dr. Tony and his team. The minute you enter the office it’s such a welcoming environment. All of these years I’ve always had pain but within one month of consistently going to this office I have been getting better and better. My husband led me to Dr. Tony and that has been the best decision of my life. I had lost the feeling in my right leg and couldn’t walk. I was having muscle spasms where I couldn’t talk and with God’s help working through Dr.Tony I haven’t had an episode in over 3 weeks. This has been a life changing experience for I’m looking forward not back. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who is in pain and wants complete healing. She did such an amazing job with my 1 year old she was so calm princess talk to her while brushing and combing her hair. My 5 year old like that she talk to her and love that her name is princess. “I have had a great experience with the VA staff in general. Scheduling has never been a problem and they send me plenty of reminders. Everyone I've interacted with seems to take their job seriously, and really cares.I'm writing this review primarily because of a specific recent experience:At my appointment I had blood drawn and a flu shot.When I was scheduling my next appointment in the lobby, I started to feel extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I'm stubborn, and I was in the infantry, so I tried to tough it out. I figured if I could just finish my scheduling I could just go pass out in my car in private.One of the staff members noticed and immediately took me to the back of the clinic. They took my vitals, gave me water, and sat me down.All of the staff were caring and showed compassion the entire time. I felt bad for inconveniencing everyone but they would not accept any of my apologies.I'm very grateful for the way I was treated. I was very embarrassed but was given dignified, understanding treatment that anyone in a similar situation would be fortunate to receive.“

“I have been receiving treatment for my Workmen’s Compensation injuries since May of 2021. I can honestly say that without Sasha from the personal Injury department it would be so confusing and difficult to navigate all of the appointments, paperwork, and testing needed to properly treat my injuries. MedAlliance does seem to change protocol like “checking in a check out” quite often. Sasha however always takes the time to explain what has changed, what is new, and helps to fill gaps so the patient always has what they need. She has even gone out of her way to assist with sending documents to my providers outside of MedAlliance so that I can have my treatment be continuous. I wish more clinics had someone like Sasha! The healthcare in NYC would be better all around if we had more folks like her working to help us stay healthy!“

“As someone who has been going to Montefiore hospitals their whole life, I can confidently say this is the best medical office I have ever been to! All the staff and nurses are kind, caring, and attentive. The real highlight of the office is Dr. Kseniya Kobets. I suddenly developed some serious acne in my adulthood and Dr. Kobets helped clear it up so efficiently and effectively. It was my first time visiting a dermatologist and I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Kobets talked me through all the medications I needed and I could tell she truly wanted me to get better. After less than a year I can say my skin is better than ever and it is all thanks to her! I never thought my skin would go back to how it was before I developed severe acne, but Dr. Kobets made it better than ever before. Truly an intelligent and kind doctor who makes time for her patients and really takes care of them.“

“I came here for covid testing. As I arrived, they directed me to the clinic to fill out the forms and then went to one of the trailers to register, then directed to another trailer for testing. One of the medical staff took my blood and took a sample from my nose, she was very gentle and kind. They told me my results will be back within 72 hours, but I got my results back the next day. I found the whole process very efficient and probably took less than 15 minutes.“
