I truly missed the energy of exercising with other people but also not so interested in sharing space as much as I used to. I finally decided to go back and first stop was Simply Pilates. The studio is amazing from the equipment to the cleanliness it’s 5 star. Tracey the owner/instructor is so knowledgeable and able to provide personalized instruction even when attendees are on different skill level. Two days after my first class my core muscles hurt just getting out of bed lol. I am so glad I made that decision and excited to keep going! Thank you Tracy!“
