Nicole's Pilates classes are my special treat to myself. They are a mixture of an incredible workout and a relaxing meditative experience. I no longer feel complete unless I go twice a week!

I love what Nicole has helped me achieve. I just wish I found her in my 20s ( impossible BTW she wasn't born). She has changed my body...I have the "gap" in my thighs and I have never felt better. Going over 2 years and love it. Signed a woman of certain year. :)
