Paulie called as promised within an hour, asked what the problem was and told us EXACTLY what to do and buy to get rid of the ants (under $10). Worked as he said within a day. Another exterminator who came out wanted to charge $450 to spray, try to get us on a plan, etc. - totally unnecessary. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results.
