I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. I'll also add that this is definitely an established company with all the professional equipment and multiple crews: this is the opposite of one guy with a truck in a chainsaw, which is good!
