My main worry was for our pets but Vin took great care in explaining what he would be using and that it would not be harmful to our pets. He also took great time in explaining his use of environmentally safe pesticides when needed . Because he guarantees his work, he even followed up a month later to ensure all the little crawlers were not back. I will be recommending him to everyone i know.“

He came out on a Sunday to catch a raccoon hiding in our roof using video surveillance and a food baited trap. He returned Monday (Columbus Day) to pick up the critter and patch the hole with sheet metal for temporary security until the roofer came. Kris was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and professional as the other reviews have stated, while also doing a thorough job. He kept me in the loop throughout the process by sharing video footage of the animal activity and informed me that the wildlife is released at bear mountain. “Our house had a consistent flow of mice in both the lower level and attic level. Trapping/exterminating proved to be a very short term fix. After evaluating a number of different solutions we chose to go with Brian/Thoroughspect. An exhaustive evaluation of all the cracks, crawlspaces, and openings inside and outside the house appealed to us as the most permanent and humane long term solution. The cleaning services as well were a must have, since this had been a problem for some time. Brian was the most professional contractor we have had at the house. He was well organized, highly communicative, and documented and explained everything. He also made a number of observations and suggestions about other areas of the house (mold, hvac, electrical, etc). He even helped fix some other areas of the house which while not a huge deal for him, helped save us other headaches. I was a little nervous about any minor modifications and sealings that he might make in the garage, around the exterior, etc. I can say they were all masterfully done, seamless and largely unnoticeable even for someone like myself who obsesses over small details. Post job he has been diligent following up to make sure that everything is as expected...which it is, we're now >8 months without any signs of mice and could not be happier. If you want your mouse problem permanently and professionally taken care of, Brian is your guy.“
