We discovered the company through my family church. What an excellent company! The day I called they told me that the technician would be there in the afternoon and he was on time. He explained everything with such professionalism as he inspected. He was clear in his communication, polite and very patient. I was satisfied with the price as well. I highly recommend them!

I requested service from Termicide of New City for mice coming into my basement. They were dispatch within 2 days to respond to my house. The exterminator is very friendly and knowledgeable about rodents. After receiving a great estimate, I agreed. They were able to start right away. They returned 2 weeks later (I requested) and inspect all bait and traps that were placed throughout my house. Problem solved. Termicide LTD of New City are AWESOME !
