I am very happy with their fantastic service especially representative Jaiden. Jaiden idenrified 4 new rodent nests and treated all nests and strategically placed four poision controlled traps on my property and four on my neighbor's by their garbage can stand. Julio is incredible. So thoughtful about application. I have a young son, so this was a big concern with me. He is also thorough and patient about answering all my questions.
Easy 5 stars because of his service. I'm a little worried about getting the AI treatment after becoming a customer, and back office support in general, but I've been able to push through that automated service and speak to a human relatively quickly when I've called. Will update if anything changes!
