John & Steve are the best! Their schedule can get busy during the summer months, but they are exceptional at what they do and will make sure you're a priority.We had a European Starling nest inside our bathroom vent which caused an issue when mites started appearing through the vent. Called Reliable and they were able to quickly remediate the issue by first adding a bird trap to let the birds come out (while preventing the birds from going back in), and sprayed natural pesticides (both indoor and outdoors with different pesticides) to mitigate the spread of the mites.After a week, John and Steve came back to remove the bird trap and helped us install a new vent that would...read full review

We were told to give the trap another week before they come back to clear it. But so far, great service and great people! Highly recommend!
