I have monthly pest control service at a rental property. Service includes annual inspection. We get the same technician most times. They are always friendly and accommodating with last minute schedule changes. The come back too if the critters return.

They were very patient and very polite. It took us a while, to come to the door, but they were very patient , enough to wait until we got someone to open us the door and let them in . thank you orchid for your dedication and your service

In the past I’ve had to take time out of my busy day to call to speak to a manager about late arrivals or lack of communication.The last couple of years our local Orkin has been operating smooth and efficiently.I don’t know what has changed with the company but it seems to definitely be for the better.The reps on the phone are friendly, endearing and sound genuinely concerned.Our tech was great.He’s been the same tech the last few times and he’s always been to the house at the earlier part of the time window we’re given.He’s professional and very friendly.He’s also knowledgeable, efficient and responsive.He’s by far the BEST tech yet and has made our overall...read full review
