After he inspected the house he found an entry point where the squirrels were coming in and out. They sealed the hole and left a multiple traps to ensure we would catch any remaining in the home. Given my reference to a local Facebook group, he offered an annual program, which we turned down, but was quite comprehensive, competitive, and appealing. For our needs, we spent a one-time $250 to address a wasp nest issue we had in our bushes and grass. We followed up with a complimentary (regularly $75) mosquito treatment, which definitely helped for about 2-3 weeks (as they predicted).
