I have been using Emerald Tree Care for years, they’re a great company. Today, Michael Anthony Wheeler, who is the Arborist that headed up my last tree pruning and cable installation, dropped by to checkout how the tree was doing. Just like he said he would do, he came back when the tree was fully in bloom to inspect. He spent a solid ten minutes explaining how the tree will behave under the new conditions, regarding the cabling, and what to expect for the winter. Removed very large, old and diseased oak from property. Stood by their reasonable price even though it took my town eons to process the permit. Crew was terrific - efficient, answered all my questions, kept me apprised of the process of their work, pleasant, did terrific job cutting stump practically to grade on a slope (couldn't be ground). Would recommend to anyone.
I have used them for years. They are the first company that truly understood and treated the specific issues regarding my crabapple trees and saved them! They have been excellent and professional regarding everything on my property and their customer service is excellent, as well.
