“Dr. Sofos is by FAR the most legitimate chiropractor I've experienced. For 2.5 years I searched for a chiropractor from Westchester to Manhattan following my car accident in 2020. Every single one came off as a car salesman more invested in milking me for all my money than improving my health. I experienced shocking tactics from these \\\"chiropractors\\\" from free visits in exchange for 5 star reviews, to locking me into a payment plan for the next year of care (regardless of if I would respond to treatment), to charging me $300 for an xray before they would adjust me just to adjust me anyway after I refused. “My neck and lower back has been bothering me for a bit after having my daughter. I went to several chiropractors in the past and they 'fix' me but I would come back repeatedly with the same issues. I never had a real adjustment since the other offices gave me heat pads and other things. This week was truly difficult, I had such limited mobility with my neck that every turn or small motion was met with a pulling pain. I did a walk-in to the office as soon as they opened. Kim at the front desk was very helpful, although walk-ins were not typical she fit me in between Dr. Paul's appointments. He was straight to the point and worked a miracle on my neck and lower back.
