“I started seeing Brett towards the second half of my ACL and meniscus recovery. I came with the goal that he would get me back to returning to sports and competitive activities. He was recommended to me by friends within our neighborhood who had a similar surgery. My time spent with Brett was amazing. Not only did he get me back into athletic shape but he also helped me fix small issues I was still having such as tightness and mobility. Brett always had a smile on his face and was happy whenever I came into his office. He is super friendly and knowledgeable so I loved to pick his brain about random workouts or muscles. When it came to training he found the perfect ground between pushing me but also making me feel comfortable and confident with the exercise. He always made sure I nothing was hurting and constantly checked in on what I was feeling. “My neck and lower back has been bothering me for a bit after having my daughter. I went to several chiropractors in the past and they 'fix' me but I would come back repeatedly with the same issues. I never had a real adjustment since the other offices gave me heat pads and other things. This week was truly difficult, I had such limited mobility with my neck that every turn or small motion was met with a pulling pain. I did a walk-in to the office as soon as they opened. Kim at the front desk was very helpful, although walk-ins were not typical she fit me in between Dr. Paul's appointments. He was straight to the point and worked a miracle on my neck and lower back. I felt instant relief and was able to move my neck. It was a great relief. The office was clean, reception was informative,Dr. Paul had a great sense of humor while working quickly and effectively. I highly recommend them.“
