Hudson health and spine is the best place to if you need to go for physical therapy for any sort of joint pain. Dr. Kay and her staff are the most caring, courteous and knowledgeable people in this field. They first listen to your complaints, examines you to assess the pain, range of movements etc.., then plan a set of stretches and exercises to strengthen the muscles to ease the joint pain. They send you home with exercises to do daily. All the staff are well trained to make sure that the patients who come for therapy leave the place relieved of the pain that they had when they first started therapy. I went for back pain and came out in 6-8 weeks relieved of my back...read full review
