He listened to what and where the pain was occurring and said his only solution was to help me get better. Well here we are and I'm feeling so much better than when I first came in . I'd like to especially call out CJ and Grace. I came to CJ (my primary therapist) following a complex ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair after a soccer injury. This type of recovery is grueling, but CJ made the process manageable with his professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable approach.

Five weeks post-op, I was struggling significantly with my range of motion. I was stuck at 70 degrees—well behind schedule—and my surgeon informed me that if I didn't hit 90 degrees by week nine, I would likely require manipulation under anesthesia. This was a stressful prospect.

CJ listened to my concerns, adjusted our sessions, and worked tirelessly with me. When CJ was out, Grace stepped in seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring there was no lapse in the intensity or quality of my treatment. Grace’s ability to pick up exactly where we left off kept my momentum going during a high-stakes period of my rehab.
