“I am truly astounded that after one session where I tested my nutrition and one session where a CO2 laser was used. I’m starting to feel like myself again. I had told Dr. Castaldi that although I really wanted to keep working with him, it was a far distance. He didn’t hesitate to ask his assistant to look up similar providers that he knew in my area. If I lived closer, it would definitely be a no-brainer. “I have been going at this location for maybe about 3-4 months. I previously went to a location in Texas and since I returned back to NY there wasn't many locations near me at that time.

Had a few injuries throughout my life and the doctors told me that this would be my new normal, chronic pain, so I just dealt with it.

This year I 'dealt' with it for too long and my sciatic nerve pain caused me to not be able to walk. Pushed through the pain until I couldn't get out of bed. Stretched for a few days just to get the strength to make it to get a massage. After the massage I felt worse, like my body just wanted to curl up.

Was looking for something open after 5pm that I could get some help. Figured I'd give this place a shot. And yes they are selling treatment plans, but that's what businesses do sell services. Also, it doesn't mean you don't need the service. Sometimes we have to trust the process.

Unlike my first encounter with this establishment, when I was in Texas, these doctors here really pay attention to your needs, they are friendly and explains the process. This is the first time since my accident over 10 years ago, that I can do a light jog and not have to lay in bed the next day. I will continue to come because maintenance is important to stay healthy.“

“I was very happy with my experience with Dr Shah and his nurse. Everyone in the office were very friendly from the lady who checked me in. Dr Shah’s nurse was friendly, helpful. The nurse who took my blood was friendly and it didn’t hurt at all. Dr Shah, I would absolutely recommend him. He was honest but friendly and caring at the same time. And the lady who checked me out was very friendly as well. Was very happy with the office. Parking was easy, they have their own little parking area, so if you get a spot in there you don’t have to pay the meter.
