Adam not only fixed my shoulder (it feels better than it has felt since I was in high school), he helped me through my cancer treatment. Every other medical professional I saw was dedicated to helping me beat cancer, but the process was disempowering and nothing within it was designed to help me feel better. He was invested in helping me reclaim the life I wanted and to be able to do the things that matter to me, including playing the violin. Physical therapy was a bright light for me in this time, enabling me to have a tangible impact in how I felt and even in what my future life would look like. It was very empowering. “I've been a patient of Dr. Ruck's for over a year now and have been meaning to write this review for quite some time. I normally have extremely tight shoulders and neck muscles, which only got worse since attending dental school. I originally came in for an acute neck/shoulder pain that left me immobilized about a year ago. Even though I tried to make a last minute appointment, he tried to squeeze me into his schedule as soon as possible, which happened to be within 15mins of my call. He was able to effectively identify the problem and provide treatment that allowed for me to be mobile and regain range of motion again. He also gave me at home exercises to do at home on my own and even checked up to see how I was doing the day after my appointment, which showed how much he geninuely cares. Ever since then, I've dropped in a couple times when I've had neck or shoulder flareups, and I really appreciate how he tries to treat the source of the problem and doesn't try to sell me. I've been to other chiropractors in the past, and I can confidently say that he is very knowledgable and skilled with what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone!“

“When I first met with Dr Paule, I was unable to stand longer than 15 mins without excruciating pain and had to restrict personal activities due to my constant back pain (and this was after 6 months of treatment from an orthopedic specialist with no improvement). Within the first month in Dr Paule’s care, my pain subsided and I was able to resume my favorite activities again. After less than a year with his treatment, I am now pain free.Dr Paule is also incredibly focused on making sure his patients are completely “in the know” on their treatment plans. During my first visit he spent over an hour with me explaining what was happening with my back and how he planned on helping me. On my second visit, after his business manager had contacted my insurance company to gather information, he spent even more time thoroughly explaining to me my insurance coverage, telling me what I should expect in terms of what would be covered and explaining how my insurance plan worked. I’ve never had a doctor do that before, and I was so appreciative of the time he took to do that.Dr Paule is also very respectful of his patients’ time.
