“Our mini-splits (both compressors) went out in the middle of a heat wave. Another company wouldn't help because they hadn't installed the units and we weren't existing customers. Eric got a tech over immediately to check out the situation, gave us very complete information about what was going on, then shuffled their schedule around so that could respond to the issue the next day. “Our old mini split finally gave out. Christian came to consult with us and went through all of our options with us. He painstakingly researched the right product that would work with the existing copper and electrical.

On install day, Christian led his team (Tre, Kevin, and Fuentes) through the big job of removing and replacing the unit. It was difficult as the air handler is three stories up.

Everyone from Perfect Comfort worked clean, courteous, and professional. We don’t typically enjoy the experience of having contractors at the house, but Christian and his team were truly pleasant to have here working on this job.

“I called Downey Energy and said that I had a issue with our primary bath shower head leaking and could not stop the same,
so I turned the water off. Plus I had other issues as well. I called Downey Energy late Friday afternoon and asked if Peter (who is phenomenal), could come to address the issue, but since Peter is working part time now, they said that they would send Noah, Peter's assistant.
Early Saturday morning Noah arrived and did address all of the issues. He said that if the primary bath shower head did start to
leak again that it is probably the valve causing the leak. He said
that if that does occur Peter would have to come fix it.
