On install day, Christian led his team (Tre, Kevin, and Fuentes) through the big job of removing and replacing the unit. It was difficult as the air handler is three stories up.

Everyone from Perfect Comfort worked clean, courteous, and professional. We don’t typically enjoy the experience of having contractors at the house, but Christian and his team were truly pleasant to have here working on this job.

We needed an expert and honest opinion on the situation. Steve and Mike made room during their busy day to stop by. It was cold out. They made an emergency repair on the duct so we could keep the heat on. Steve assessed and suggested creative ideas on how we may remedy a failing duct system while keeping my budget in mind and minimal disruption to our space.
