I used Folkes Home services last year to perform a tune-up on my old furnace and was very happy with their work. I used them again this year to do the same but my boiler and A/C unit were in pretty bad shape. Especially that they were about 25yrs old. I decided to replace both units with Folkes Home Services and I am so happy that I did. This company is by far one of the best that I have done business with. I have been using Folkes for over 10 years. They maintain both my heating and air conditioning systems. I have met many of their technicians over the years and have spoken with most of the office staff as well. All of their employees have been great! Recently Danny B. worked on my on demand combination heat/hot water system. Danny answered all of my questions and concerns. Sadly my system needed to be replaced.I met the Steven Smallhorn for an estimate for a new system. He was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. Dalton, was very professional. He came into my home and he was honest and upfront. He went over a couple plans of action and he pricing options. They offer financing for those unexpected costly repairs. I truly like when technicians can come to your home and they feel like a friend more so than someone that’s about to rip you off without explanation. I have had Folkes out to my home twice this year and both times I had great experiences. And no, the first problem didn’t have anything to do with the most recent problem. Also! Both times were emergency calls. And out of 3-4 different companies that I reached out to, Folkes showed up within a timely manner.Thanks Guys!
