I took out a service contract with Shelter Air last year. This was my second wellness visit. I am extremely satisfied with their service. The team showed up early si e they had a cancellation. Chris double-checked that the filter was the correct size for my furnace (seems a smaller size was put in last year). He cleaned both the inside furnace coils and the outside AC unit. Both Chris and his assistant were neat, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very kind and friendly with my 3 small dogs, which by itself, earned them an A+.
Great experience working with this Shelter Air! They did excellent work installing our heat pumps and mini splits—everything was handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable, clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend!
Kim was super knowledgeable and patient. More importantly, they were available, which is insanely rare in the HVAC business. Other guys, who I like personally, just don’t pick up the phone after they finish the job. Looking forward to working more with Shelter.
