“I had a wondering experience with Tumminello Plumbing. Just days after moving into my new house I discovered my hot water heater, which was only two years old, was leaking. I called Tumminello because they installed the tank and they dispatched someone immediately—within 20 minutes. John was nice, professional, and helpful. He told me that unfortunately the hot water heater needed to be replaced and made sure I understood what needed to be done so it would be covered under warranty. The next day John and Mike returned to install the new hot water heater. They completed the job quicker than estimated, were very neat, and incredibly kind. As a new homeowner, it’s scary when a big fixture needs repair or replacement, but Tumminello put my mind at ease and made the process as seamless as possible. If I ever have plumbing needs again (and I’m sure I will) I will absolutely call them again!“
