We had Brothers Plumbing install a new water heater in our home in Centerport. The crew was professional, careful, and respectful of the house. They put down floor protection so they would not track dirt onto the carpet, which we really appreciated. They also did a great job getting the new unit fitted into a tight space where an older heater had been sitting for many years. The next morning, I noticed some water near the base of the new heater and called with a concern. Richard responded right away, checked everything, and found that the furnace drain line had been bumped, which caused the water. It was handled quickly and clearly explained. Later, we also noticed the shower water temperature was going up and down. Jesse came back out promptly, diagnosed the issue as a bad valve, and got it repaired. After that, everything worked the way it should. It was reassuring to see how fast they responded and how seriously they took follow-up service. Overall, the work was done well, the water heater installation looks clean, and the customer service was excellent. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Nice job.
