Talk about TOP QUALITY!!! This is the company for you. My husband and I had a new system installed and we couldn't be happier. Prior to installation, Jim (the owner) sat with us to explain options. Normally you just get brochures and prices. We got PERSONALIZED attention. He was so methodical with explanations, we were able to make an informed decision based on OUR needs.
As for the office, they couldn't be nicer. Accommodating, available and courteous is the only experiences we encountered.

Just had my air conditioning filter replaced for the first time. The workman were great, completed the job very quickly. Victoria, in the office, is wonderful to speak with, and always returns my calls, and answers all my questions and is always pleasant. Wonderful company to work with. I highly recommend them.
I live in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, but the guidance and help we received from Polar Bear Air in Medford, NY was absolutely invaluable. We were putting in a commercial HVAC system on a commercial property, and as someone who doesn’t know much about the HVAC business, I truly appreciated the time, honesty, and expertise Jim shared with us.
Jim made everything easy to understand and walked us through the purchase and installation process step by step. His advice helped us make smart decisions and literally saved us a truckload of money.
