My husband and I received a few estimates for installing new Bosch heat pump systems in our home. After we met with Chris from Twin Air we knew This was the company we would hire. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process. The day of installation Chris and his team arrived promptly at 7:30. We were very impressed how they all worked together seamlessly. From putting down drop cloths right to the clean up. Our new system works amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Overall great experience with this company from start to finish. I had recommended them two of my colleagues and they had the same experience.

From the moment Twin Air entered my home to the second they left, I felt nothing but the highest level of professionalism. They took the time to explain each step off the process as well as showing me the process as it took place. Owners were on scene for any questions or concerns I may have had. After job completion was done workers cleaned all work areas.You would be hard pressed to find a better heating and Air conditioning company on the island. The only reason for only a 5-star review is because 100 stars isn’t an option. Highly recommended, A++++ service.

In recent years they have replaced both HVAC units in my condo, installed a new water heater and installed a new humidifier system. They always do excellent work. They are very respectful of my home. When they give an estimate for work, it is always right, no hidden costs. The owners are very responsive to any questions
