We had our indirect hot water heater replaced. The team was on time, friendly, and professional. I had a few conversations with the GM, Quinn, before the work. He shared a lot of helpful information so that I could make an informed decision. Ultimately, it should make things more efficient as the unit is now right-sized for our home.
Had a water main valve handle break off, and a valve under the sink fail to close. Luke from VP was prompt, professional, and took the time to show me how he repaired the valves and how I could maintain them myself in the future. The pricing was very fair for a weekend call, and ill definitely be using them again in the future. Great job Luke, and great job VP!
